I was my knits in the sink using luke warm water and Long Winter Farm Sweater Soap. This soap has lanolin in it which protects the natural fibers. I spot wash any stains and allow my sweater to soak for approximately 30 minutes. Rinse your sweater with cool water if necessary and them gently wring out any extra water, I use my top load washer spin cycle this this, but you can use a towel as well.  After the excess water is removed, lay your garment  flat to air dry. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis fiber was handdyed by ontheround using professional quality acid dyes.
